Seeing things others don’t see. Continuing where others stop. That’s our mission.

BUYSSENS Employment Lawyers is a niche law firm specialized in all aspects of employment law, such as labour law and social security law, including supplementary pensions. In addition, we also provide advices about contracts between self-employed persons and competition issues.

We are a relatively new player on the market, and yet not quite.  The law firm was founded in March 2017, but its partners have respectively 45+ years and 20+ years of experience. Therefore, we can build on a very broad experience. Following due consideration we have opted to only practise employment and social security law. Specializing in this field provides the best guarantee for both efficiency and high quality work. However, this does not prevent our lawyers from focussing on other legal disciplines. This encourages “out of the box” thinking and generates new insights.

Our clients are large, medium-sized and small companies, but we also assist private individuals with a business profile facing issues in the field of employment and social security law.

BUYSSENS Employment Lawyers has its roots in Antwerp. We provide our clients with expert advice or represent them in (appeal) courts or the constitutional court.
