Already during her law studies, Hayat Boujdaini focused on social law. After obtaining her Master of Laws at the University of Antwerp, with a major in social law, she pursued an advanced Master’s degree in Social Law at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. She then began her traineeship at the Bar. Since 2015, Hayat has been a member of the Antwerp Bar, where she has further specialized in various aspects of labour law and social security law. Since March 2025, Hayat works as a lawyer at Buyssens Employment Lawyers.
